We have always had dish rack envy. I ordered this slatted dish rack over a lark, hoping We could replace a totally nice, completely functional, similarly-priced compact dish rack, produced with chromed metal and plastic. This replaced our old, upright bamboo folding rack which lived on our counter for a lot of years. I absolutely love the Umbra rack’s sleek and stylish look, and its low profile; curiously, it feels because we suddenly have so very much more space inside kitchen. True, the two-dimensionality of one’s Umbra rack means we lost most of the drying space of one’s taller one, but I don’t regret the swap inside least. Those hideous wire and plastic monstrosities almost everyone has cause me to feel like to gouge my eyes out having a fork, so We have always attemptedto target something a little bit of less depressing/aesthetically offensive. The caddy still rested down included in the bamboo cradle all right, and failed to flip over whenever i loaded it made up of silverware. But at any rate, I don’t realize that it’s a giant deal to make the silverware within the sink end. Get real, if you have troubles stabbing yourself using your silverware since they’re between you and all of those other rack, presumably you can just set your silverware aside and wash it last, no? I absolutely don’t are convinced that’s a big problem, is exactly what I’m saying.
Truly the only actual con with luck may white plastic tray is even more conspicuous when it’s sitting on my counter than it looks in the image, it type of cheapens all the effect within the rack. I wish that they made the tray either a little bit of shorter or thinner something like that, normally got there outside of some slightly nicer material – bamboo outside having a plastic lining, or some such.
But overall, I’m quite satisfied with this drying rack – it’s definitely the best-looking, least conspicuous drying rack I’ve ever seen, and somehow I felt like we regained lots of counter space. I will recommend this to your friend.

This breadmaker this because I need to a holistic feel to the kitchen at home and didnt which includes ugly plastic and wrie dish drainer we had. We don’t contain a dishwasher and there can be 3 of united states here so we employ this rack with a conventional 2-tier bamboo rack and it lets you do look alot as cool as plastic. Theres a number of room for silverware; I enjoy to prepare it by type, in the 4 spaces, when i placed the wet ones in so its easy to let go of the dry ones. The disappointment could be the bamboo slats are spaced so close together I will’t get my plates wedged in so they will likely resist (I just use similar rack for that plates instead). Besides that My organization is very please with the coffee quality, look and function of that rack.
