We’ve owned this faucet for four years and still have had multiple problems with this unit. First, the soap dispenser’s material did start to deteriorate inside canister and clogged the dispenser. We tried to treat the case, but the pad just kept flaking and shedding; mixing while using the soap, so we were not able remains fixed. Second, the sprayers second setting stopped working and shoots water in just about every direction. Third, the plastic sheath within sprayer broke and continually comes off.
I’ve yet to get hold of PF about the difficulties, but will tomorrow. I hear they also have pretty decent customer satisfaction, so we shall see. I’ll returning and report a few things i find.

We have owned this faucet for five years. Instead of the advantage that if it is on lacking of your water pressure it lets you do switch off themselves, I couldn’t are generally happier in it’s looks or function.
